If you have questions on a bill, would like to set up a payment arrangement, or make a payment, please call the Billing Office at: 209-725-7149 and select option 3.

For collections questions, please call: 209-725-7149 ext. 114 or ext. 107.

At MFA, we offer several options to help you with your bill.

If you have a balance, we can set up a payment plan that will work for you. You have the option of paying every month by phone, online via the patient portal, or by having an automatic withdrawal from a debit or credit card on the date of your choice.

You must have a recent statement to use this feature.

If you are a private pay patient, we offer a 25% discount if you pay in full at the time of service. For more information, please call our Billing Department where one of our billing representatives will help answer your questions.
